Keldo is competition and program management software designed for sports clubs and community organisations.
We created Keldo to simplify the administration involved in running competitions, leagues, coaching programs and club activities. Many clubs still rely on spreadsheets, manual processes and disconnected tools to manage registrations, scheduling, communications and results. Keldo brings these activities together into a single platform.
Depending on how a club chooses to use the platform, Keldo can support:

- Program and event registrations
- Match scheduling and score entry
- Participant and player management
- Email, SMS and WhatsApp communications
- Online payments and registrations
- Club administration and reporting
Our goal is to reduce administrative overhead for volunteers, coaches and club administrators while providing a better experience for participants.
Pilot Program
Keldo is currently being developed in partnership with a small number of pilot clubs. During this period, features may be added, changed or refined as we continue to improve the platform based on real-world feedback.
